FREE STANDARD DELIVERY – UNITED KINGDOM
We offer free standard delivery on all our orders within the UK mainland. Standard delivery time frame is 2-4 working days. Your parcel will be sent via Royalmail.

FREE 48 hour express delivery on orders over £40

Standard delivery to Northern Ireland or Channel islands(including Guernsey & Jersey) – £1.99
Time frame: 2 – 5 working days.

Standard delivery cut off time – 2pm
We will ship your order on the same day if it is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next working day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY – UNITED KINGDOM
Express delivery cut off time – 3pm
We will ship your order on the same day if it is placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped next working day.

Royalmail Tracked 24 Delivery – £3.99
Time frame: 1 – 2 working days

DPD Next Day – £4.99
Time frame: Next working day delivery.
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday. Only available for UK mainland orders. Please note – This service is not available for orders to Northern Ireland, Scotland highlands or any Channel islands(including Guernsey)
Deliveries will only take place Monday to Friday. If you order on Friday before 3pm, DPD should/may attempt to deliver on Saturday otherwise Monday.

DPD Saturday delivery £6.99 (order by 3pm Friday).
This is the only shipping option that guarantees delivery on Saturday. This delivery service is not available to Northern Ireland, Scotland highlands or any Channel islands(including Guernsey)

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, with original seals or packaging, if applicable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 30 days if the item is faulty, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

exchanges
Unfortunately we do not do exchanges. The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

repayment
We will notify you of your refund after we receive and verify your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
